This first month of formal tracking shows a site that already ranks on page one of Google for its core search terms — in French, English and Romanian — while its Google Business Profile shows genuine, measurable growth compared with a year ago. Alongside that, we closed out a set of technical and structured-data issues that needed fixing before growth could be trusted to compound. It's an honest, modest baseline in volume — and a genuinely strong one in quality.
None of this shows up as a chart — it's the invisible plumbing that determines whether every future ranking effort actually compounds, or quietly gets capped by errors Google was already penalising or ignoring. This month, that plumbing got fixed.
The site had been publishing its own 5-star review markup directly in its code — something Google explicitly prohibits businesses from doing about themselves. Left in place, this risked a manual penalty rather than a ranking boost. It's now removed; the reviews themselves stay fully visible on the page, exactly as before.
The French and Romanian homepages had been running on a mismatched style system since they were built — visually fine to a person, but structurally invisible to how Google actually reads the page. Both are now fully aligned with the English version.
Google reads a technical "who is this" profile behind every page. Parts of it were contradicting each other — two names, two addresses, two languages for the same site. That's now a single, consistent identity across every page.
His ULB dental degree and implant-system certifications are now written into the site's structured data — exactly the kind of trust signal Google increasingly weighs for medical and health-related searches.
Address, phone and map details for Brussels and Trazegnies were checked and corrected at the code level — the exact data Google's local ranking algorithm relies on to match a search to a place.
French, English and Romanian were already live; a Dutch section was independently confirmed live as well. Four working languages meaningfully widens the pool of searches this practice can appear in.
This is the first month with continuous Search Console tracking in place, so there is no prior period to compare against yet — this report is the baseline every future one will be measured against.

Google Search Console · Performance · custom date range, 36 clicks / 972 impressions / 3.7% CTR / 4.3 average position.

Google Search Console · Performance › Generative AI features · 6 total impressions, same reporting window.
Unlike Search Console, the Business Profile already has twelve months of history, so Google can show us how this August compares with last August — a genuine year-over-year read, not just a snapshot.

Google Business Profile · Performance · Overview, Calls, Website clicks · Aug 2026 vs. Aug 2025.

Google Business Profile · six-month view, Apr–Sep 2026 · 54 interactions · 8 calls · 41 direction requests · 5 website clicks.
A dashboard number is one thing; actually typing a patient's likely search into Google and looking at what comes back is another. So we did exactly that — six real searches, in all three of the site's core languages, using the phrasing real patients use. The practice appeared on page one every single time.
“Fneiche Alex” ranks #1 of three local listings for “implant dentaire trazegnies” — at 4.9 out of 5 stars across 51 reviews, the highest rating of the three practices Google shows.

Live Google searches, captured September 2026. Rankings fluctuate day to day and are not guaranteed to hold at these exact positions — this is a snapshot, not a promise.
Search Console's own average position of 4.3, and six independent, real-world searches landing the practice on page one in three different languages, are the same underlying signal measured two different ways. That agreement matters: it means the ranking isn't a fluke tied to one lucky keyword phrase — it's a genuine, repeatable position across the terms patients actually type, in French, English and Romanian alike.
That three-language reach also widens the practical audience beyond what a single-language competitor can reach: a French-language search, an English-language search and a Romanian-language search for the same treatment currently all find their way to this practice.
In SEO, ranking position and search visibility are leading indicators — they tend to move first. Clicks, calls and bookings are lagging indicators that compound afterward, typically over the two to three months following a wave of technical fixes like the ones completed this period, as Google re-crawls and re-evaluates the corrected pages.
Everything measured this month — the position, the page-one presence across three languages, the year-over-year Business Profile growth — is consistent with a site whose foundation just got meaningfully stronger, ahead of the traffic numbers fully reflecting it yet. That is a genuinely good position for a first report to be written from.
With this month's schema and markup fixes now live, we expect Google to fully re-index the corrected pages over the coming weeks — the point where this work should start showing up directly in Search Console's own numbers, not only in manual keyword checks.
Even a handful of additional impressions here would be meaningful, given how new this data point is. We'll track it monthly as the feature matures.
With August already showing real year-over-year growth, we expect the six-month trend line to keep climbing in next month's report rather than plateauing.
Apply the same schema and technical corrections made on the homepage to the Full Arch, Implant-Supported Prosthesis, and Bone Graft / Sinus Lift / Gum Graft pages, so the whole site shares one clean, compliant foundation.
Build out the newly-confirmed live Dutch section to match French, English and Romanian — opening a fourth language market the site can already technically support.
Refine meta titles and descriptions to push CTR beyond the current 3.7% baseline — position is already strong, so this is one of the most direct ways to convert existing visibility into more clicks without needing new rankings at all.
Continue strengthening the review and credential presence that already earned the 4.9-star, 51-review local pack listing in Brussels — the single strongest trust signal found in this month's checks.
A complementary Google Ads channel is under evaluation as a way to add an immediate layer of visibility alongside organic growth — a decision still under review, not a change already made.
Dr Fneiche, the headline for this first month is simple: the parts of SEO that are hardest to fake — actual position on Google, real page-one visibility across three languages, and genuine year-over-year growth in Business Profile engagement — are already in good shape, despite this being, in effect, day one of formal tracking.
The technical issues that could have quietly capped future growth have been identified and corrected. That doesn't mean the work is finished — it means the site now stands on ground solid enough for the next few months of work to compound properly, rather than fighting the same structural issues over and over.
We'll report back next month with the first real month-over-month comparison, and we're genuinely looking forward to it.
