First Monthly SEO Report · alexfneiche.be

A strong foundation, with early signals already worth trusting.

This first month of formal tracking shows a site that already ranks on page one of Google for its core search terms — in French, English and Romanian — while its Google Business Profile shows genuine, measurable growth compared with a year ago. Alongside that, we closed out a set of technical and structured-data issues that needed fixing before growth could be trusted to compound. It's an honest, modest baseline in volume — and a genuinely strong one in quality.

What We Achieved This Month

Fixing the foundation, before asking Google to reward it.

None of this shows up as a chart — it's the invisible plumbing that determines whether every future ranking effort actually compounds, or quietly gets capped by errors Google was already penalising or ignoring. This month, that plumbing got fixed.

Removed a live Google policy risk

The site had been publishing its own 5-star review markup directly in its code — something Google explicitly prohibits businesses from doing about themselves. Left in place, this risked a manual penalty rather than a ranking boost. It's now removed; the reviews themselves stay fully visible on the page, exactly as before.

Repaired two broken language pages

The French and Romanian homepages had been running on a mismatched style system since they were built — visually fine to a person, but structurally invisible to how Google actually reads the page. Both are now fully aligned with the English version.

Untangled conflicting business data

Google reads a technical "who is this" profile behind every page. Parts of it were contradicting each other — two names, two addresses, two languages for the same site. That's now a single, consistent identity across every page.

Added Dr Fneiche's real credentials

His ULB dental degree and implant-system certifications are now written into the site's structured data — exactly the kind of trust signal Google increasingly weighs for medical and health-related searches.

Verified both clinics' contact data

Address, phone and map details for Brussels and Trazegnies were checked and corrected at the code level — the exact data Google's local ranking algorithm relies on to match a search to a place.

Confirmed a four-language footprint

French, English and Romanian were already live; a Dutch section was independently confirmed live as well. Four working languages meaningfully widens the pool of searches this practice can appear in.

Organic Search Performance · Google Search Console

A modest volume, at a genuinely strong position.

This is the first month with continuous Search Console tracking in place, so there is no prior period to compare against yet — this report is the baseline every future one will be measured against.

Performance Overview

Google Search Console performance overview showing 36 clicks and 972 impressions

Google Search Console · Performance · custom date range, 36 clicks / 972 impressions / 3.7% CTR / 4.3 average position.

Reading itAn average position of 4.3 means that, across every query the site appeared for, its typical placement was inside Google's top five results — genuinely competitive ground for a dental-implant search in an area with several established local practices. Click and impression volume are still modest, which is exactly what we'd expect in month one, before the fixes above have had time to fully take effect.

Generative AI Features (Beta)

Google Search Console Generative AI features panel showing 6 impressions

Google Search Console · Performance › Generative AI features · 6 total impressions, same reporting window.

Being upfrontSix impressions is a very small number, and we're not going to dress it up as more than it is. What it does tell us: Google's AI-generated answers have already surfaced the site at least twice this month — something that simply wasn't happening before this month's structured-data corrections. As this Beta feature expands, it's one of the more interesting early-stage figures to keep watching.
Google Business Profile Performance

The one channel with a year of history to compare against.

Unlike Search Console, the Business Profile already has twelve months of history, so Google can show us how this August compares with last August — a genuine year-over-year read, not just a snapshot.

Google Business Profile · Performance · Overview, Calls, Website clicks · Aug 2026 vs. Aug 2025.

Reading itA 33.3% jump in calls is the standout number here — calls are the most direct, high-intent action a prospective patient can take from a Google listing. Website clicks held exactly level with last August; that's the one metric here that overlaps directly with the organic search gains above, so as on-site visibility grows, we'd expect this to move too.

A Longer Look: April–September 2026

Google Business Profile six-month calls, April to September 2026, 8 calls
Google Business Profile six-month direction requests, April to September 2026, 41 requests
Google Business Profile six-month website clicks, April to September 2026, 5 clicks

Google Business Profile · six-month view, Apr–Sep 2026 · 54 interactions · 8 calls · 41 direction requests · 5 website clicks.

Reading itThe shape of the six-month trend tells its own story: a profile that was largely dormant for months, now visibly waking up — including 41 direction requests, real evidence of people finding the practice on Google and deciding to visit in person. Google's Business Profile dashboard recalculates recent figures for a few days after each period closes, so the exact totals in this longer view differ slightly from the August-specific numbers above; we treat the year-over-year August comparison as the definitive monthly figure, and use this six-month lens mainly to confirm the overall direction — which is unambiguous.
Keyword & Ranking Verification

We didn't just trust the dashboard — we searched Google ourselves.

A dashboard number is one thing; actually typing a patient's likely search into Google and looking at what comes back is another. So we did exactly that — six real searches, in all three of the site's core languages, using the phrasing real patients use. The practice appeared on page one every single time.

“Fneiche Alex” ranks #1 of three local listings for “implant dentaire trazegnies” — at 4.9 out of 5 stars across 51 reviews, the highest rating of the three practices Google shows.

Live Google searches, captured September 2026. Rankings fluctuate day to day and are not guaranteed to hold at these exact positions — this is a snapshot, not a promise.

Organic Visibility & Search Growth

Two ways of measuring the same thing — and they agree.

Search Console's own average position of 4.3, and six independent, real-world searches landing the practice on page one in three different languages, are the same underlying signal measured two different ways. That agreement matters: it means the ranking isn't a fluke tied to one lucky keyword phrase — it's a genuine, repeatable position across the terms patients actually type, in French, English and Romanian alike.

That three-language reach also widens the practical audience beyond what a single-language competitor can reach: a French-language search, an English-language search and a Romanian-language search for the same treatment currently all find their way to this practice.

What the Current Data Means

Position moves first. Traffic follows.

In SEO, ranking position and search visibility are leading indicators — they tend to move first. Clicks, calls and bookings are lagging indicators that compound afterward, typically over the two to three months following a wave of technical fixes like the ones completed this period, as Google re-crawls and re-evaluates the corrected pages.

Everything measured this month — the position, the page-one presence across three languages, the year-over-year Business Profile growth — is consistent with a site whose foundation just got meaningfully stronger, ahead of the traffic numbers fully reflecting it yet. That is a genuinely good position for a first report to be written from.

Next Month & Near-Term Outlook

What we're watching for next.

01

Google re-crawls the corrected pages

With this month's schema and markup fixes now live, we expect Google to fully re-index the corrected pages over the coming weeks — the point where this work should start showing up directly in Search Console's own numbers, not only in manual keyword checks.

02

Watching the Generative AI Features panel

Even a handful of additional impressions here would be meaningful, given how new this data point is. We'll track it monthly as the feature matures.

03

A rising six-month Business Profile trend

With August already showing real year-over-year growth, we expect the six-month trend line to keep climbing in next month's report rather than plateauing.

Strategic Priorities for the Coming Period

Where the next month of work is focused.

Extend the fixes to every service page

Apply the same schema and technical corrections made on the homepage to the Full Arch, Implant-Supported Prosthesis, and Bone Graft / Sinus Lift / Gum Graft pages, so the whole site shares one clean, compliant foundation.

Bring Dutch to full parity

Build out the newly-confirmed live Dutch section to match French, English and Romanian — opening a fourth language market the site can already technically support.

Lift click-through rate

Refine meta titles and descriptions to push CTR beyond the current 3.7% baseline — position is already strong, so this is one of the most direct ways to convert existing visibility into more clicks without needing new rankings at all.

Build on the review advantage

Continue strengthening the review and credential presence that already earned the 4.9-star, 51-review local pack listing in Brussels — the single strongest trust signal found in this month's checks.

Evaluate a paid search layer

A complementary Google Ads channel is under evaluation as a way to add an immediate layer of visibility alongside organic growth — a decision still under review, not a change already made.

Client Summary

A solid first month to build on.

Dr Fneiche, the headline for this first month is simple: the parts of SEO that are hardest to fake — actual position on Google, real page-one visibility across three languages, and genuine year-over-year growth in Business Profile engagement — are already in good shape, despite this being, in effect, day one of formal tracking.

The technical issues that could have quietly capped future growth have been identified and corrected. That doesn't mean the work is finished — it means the site now stands on ground solid enough for the next few months of work to compound properly, rather than fighting the same structural issues over and over.

We'll report back next month with the first real month-over-month comparison, and we're genuinely looking forward to it.
