Neuromarketing powered growth for dental practices across 50+ countries.
Your clinical skills got you here. Our science backed strategies will take you further.
You're an exceptional dentist. Your patients love you. Your clinical results speak for themselves.
But online? It's a different story.
You've invested in marketing that brought clicks, not patients.
You've hired agencies that understood ads, but didn't understand dentistry.
You watch competitors with inferior skills outrank you on Google.
Your website looks decent, but your phone isn't ringing.
You've tried SEO and it felt like throwing money into a black hole.
You know patients are searching online, but they're not finding you.
AI assistants recommend your competitors when patients ask "best dentist near me."
Here's the truth: It's not your fault. The dental marketing industry is broken. Generic agencies apply generic solutions to a highly specialized field, and wonder why results are mediocre.
You don't need another marketing agency.
You need a partner who understands both the science of patient decision making AND the art of dental practice growth.
We're not a marketing agency that happens to work with dentists.
We're a dental growth company that uses neuromarketing to make exceptional dentists impossible to ignore.
Founded in 2018 in the United Kingdom, we began with a simple observation: the dental industry deserved better than recycled marketing tactics from agencies who couldn't tell a veneer from a crown.
So we built something different.
We assembled a team obsessed with two things: behavioral psychology and dental practice growth.
We studied how patients actually make decisions, not how marketers assume they do. We tested, measured, refined, and scaled.
Today, we operate in 50+ countries across six continents. From London to Los Angeles, Dubai to São Paulo, Sydney to Istanbul. Wherever there are dentists who refuse to be invisible, you'll find Rubik.
Because like the puzzle, dental marketing has multiple sides that must align perfectly. SEO alone won't solve it. Ads alone won't solve it. A beautiful website alone won't solve it.
Only when every piece works in harmony does the whole picture come together.
That's what we do. We solve the entire puzzle.
Most agencies rely on best practices. We rely on brain science.
Neuromarketing isn't a buzzword for us. It's our operating system.
Every headline we write. Every image we select. Every color we choose. Every call to action we place. Every word on your website. It's all based on decades of research into how the human brain actually makes decisions.
Here's what we know that others ignore:
These invisible forces drive every booking decision. While other agencies guess at what might work, we engineer experiences based on what the brain actually responds to.
This is why our strategies work across 50+ countries.
Human psychology doesn't change with geography. A patient in Munich processes trust signals the same way as a patient in Melbourne. The tactics adapt. The science remains constant.
We don't offer isolated services. We build integrated growth systems. Every element works together because patient journeys don't happen in silos.
Not just beautiful. Engineered to convert.
Your website isn't a digital brochure. It's your hardest working employee, one that should be turning visitors into booked appointments 24 hours a day.
We design dental websites using conversion psychology, visual hierarchy principles, and mobile first architecture. Every element earns its place. Nothing is decorative. Everything is strategic.
The Result: Websites that don't just impress. They perform.
Page 1 of Google isn't a dream. It's a deliverable.
When a patient searches "best dentist in [your city]" or "dental implants near me," you need to appear. Not on page 2. Not in the map pack. At the top, where 75% of clicks happen.
Our dental specific SEO strategies are built on years of data from practices across 50+ countries. We know exactly what Google rewards in the dental vertical, because we've tested it thousands of times.
The Result: Sustainable rankings that bring patients month after month.
The future is here. Most dentists aren't ready. You will be.
Patients increasingly ask AI assistants (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Siri) for recommendations. "Who's the best cosmetic dentist in my area?"
We pioneered Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for dental practices. We know how to position your practice as the answer AI recommends.
The Result: First mover advantage in the next era of search.
Every dollar tracked. Every click accountable. Zero waste.
Google Ads can be a goldmine or a money pit. The difference is expertise.
Our dental specific campaigns are built on conversion data from hundreds of practices. We know which keywords convert patients. We know which ad copy triggers action. We know which landing pages close the deal.
The Result: Predictable patient flow from day one.
Content that doesn't just get likes. It builds trust and authority.
Social media for dentists isn't about going viral. It's about becoming the obvious choice in your community.
We create scroll stopping content strategically designed to position you as THE dental authority in your area. Educational content. Social proof. Behind the scenes moments that humanize your practice.
The Result: A social presence that turns followers into patients.

#1
Rankings Achieved
In virtually every market we've entered, our clients dominate the top positions.
I've spent years studying two things obsessively: how the human brain makes decisions, and how dental practices grow. Rubik Dentistry exists at the intersection of both.
The dental industry is filled with incredible clinicians who remain invisible online, not because they lack skill, but because they've been failed by generic marketing. That always bothered me.
So I built a company specifically to solve that problem.
I also wrote the book on it. Literally. My book, "Before Yes", has sold over 1,000 copies worldwide to dentists across six continents. It's become a resource for practitioners who want to understand the psychology behind every patient's "yes" and every patient's hesitation.
Writing that book forced me to crystallize everything I'd learned about the intersection of neuroscience and dental marketing. And every insight in those pages lives inside the strategies we build at RubikDentistry.
Today, when a dentist in Sydney or Stockholm or San Francisco dominates their local market, and their schedule is full of ideal patients, and they finally feel like their online presence matches their clinical excellence, that's why I do this.
My mission is simple:
And as long as that problem exists somewhere in the world, Rubik will be there to solve it.
You didn't spend years mastering dentistry to be invisible online.
Your competitors aren't better than you. They're just better marketed.
Let's change that.
